By accessing or using Dogmarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Dogmarket provides an online platform for dog enthusiasts, buyers, sellers, breeders, and service providers to connect, share information, and engage in transactions related to dogs and dog services.
To access certain features of Dogmarket, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Dogmarket serves as a platform for users to list dogs for sale, adoption, or stud services, as well as related products and services. Dogmarket is not a party to any transaction between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
Paid or approved listings have an expiry date based on the listing period you purchase or that we configure. We may email you before expiry and again when a listing expires. After expiry, a listing is no longer shown as active. We keep expired listings for 10 days so you can renew; after that window they are permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.
All users must comply with applicable animal welfare laws and regulations. Dogmarket prohibits the sale or promotion of animals in a manner that violates such laws or regulations.
You retain ownership of any content you post on Dogmarket. However, by posting content, you grant Dogmarket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
Your use of Dogmarket is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
Dogmarket is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Dogmarket be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Dogmarket reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Dogmarket may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. If an administrator deletes your account, we will send a notice to your registered email and you may register a new account using the sign-up flow, unless your email remains restricted for legal or safety reasons (for example a blocked or banned account).
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
